Dawn Wessleby at Barefoot Festival™ 2017

Shamanic Journeying with Dawn Wessleby - Shamanism takes the view that there are two different aspects to being on earth, the ordinary, everyday and a second ‘non-ordinary’ reality (NOR) where anything is possible. It is from this place that our ideas and creativity come. Travelling to the NOR allows you to view your life from a different perspective. The session will include travelling to meet your power animal and to spend time with them to see what guidance or gifts they have for you at this time. The session will include a brief introduction to the process, time to journey and the opportunity to feedback and share experiences.

Inversion with Aj Hartley - Quick warm up - ensure the body is sufficiently prepared. The focus of the workshop will be discussed, along with an introduction into the technique and the body parts that will need to be focused on.

Introductory Poses - begin engaging those vital body parts in key poses, such as downward dog, dolphin pose etc. that help people gain understanding of the necessary engagement with the body - such as opening of the shoulders, core sensation in plank etc.

Headstand. Demonstration of the correct positioning and safest/ easiest ways to initially get into the inversion. Get into partners and slowly and in a controlled manner take turns trying to enter headstand.

Variation Possibilities - We will introduce some varieties of headstand if possible.

Handstand - If there is sufficient time I will begin introducing the beginning of handstands - this will be done through focusing in on the positioning of wrists, arms and shoulders and how to effectively warm these up/ improve flexibility and strength etc. It will include a variety of ways to understand the positioning of your body in handstand and the correct technique and form.

Sophie French at Barefoot Festival™ 2017

How to Crush the can't in your head with Sophie French - This workshop is an introduction into the power of your mind, and how to take back control of your thoughts so you can achieve what you want to achieve in your life and business.

Anything is possible for you - but you have to believe it first. So I'll be sharing how you can quieten those fears in your mind that tell you you 'can't' do something, as well as teaching you some powerful tools for changing the limiting beliefs you put on yourself, and turning them into empowering beliefs that help you, instead of hinder you.

You'll get clear on the things you want, learn how to believe they're possible (and why that's so important!), and find out how you can 'get out of your own way' in order to achieve the things you dream of.
