Essential Information

Disabled Facilities

We have disabled toilets and parking on site and an easily accessible camping area can be arranged (this must be arranged in advanced), please email info@barefootfestival.com for more information.

Most of the main site is reasonably flat and easily accessible in good weather. In very muddy weather we have found that some people have had problems with some wheelchairs during the worst of the mud over the whole site. We do our best to keep everyone moving, but please do be aware that this is an open-air event in a grassy field and we cannot guarantee the ground conditions.

If you are a carer and in receipt of a Carer's Allowance you may be able to receive a free ticket that corresponds with the ticket of the person you care for. For example, if the person you care for has a weekend ticket, we will provide a free weekend Carer's Ticket for yourself. You need to show official documentation that you are the named carer of a person receiving middle or higher rate DLA and they are aged over 18 years (these tickets are limited and are subject to availability). We will issue a free carers ticket only to the person named as the Carer. You may be asked to show ID at the main gate upon entry. This ticket must be pre-arranged via email. Free Career ticket can only be issued with a full priced Adult Ticket purchased via our ticket sellers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer tickets. For clarification of eligibility for a free carer ticket or to organise your free carer ticket please contact us via email at info@barefootfestival.com.
